1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: email address and password when you sign up, or profile data from OAuth providers (Google, GitHub).
• Usage data: prompts you submit, models you generate, interactions with the marketplace (likes, follows, print requests).
• Payment data: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. We store your Stripe customer ID to manage your subscription.
• Device and analytics: page views, performance metrics, and browser information collected by Vercel Analytics.
• Printer credentials: if you register a printer, connection details are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service (generate models, manage your account, process payments).
• To communicate with you about your account, orders, or service updates.
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse.
• To analyze usage patterns and improve performance.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your prompts or generated models to train AI models.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

• Supabase: database and authentication provider.
• Stripe: payment processing.
• Vercel: hosting and analytics.
• AI providers: your prompts are sent to third-party AI services (e.g., Tripo3D) to generate 3D models. These providers process prompts only for generation and do not retain them.
• Other users: models you publish to the marketplace are visible publicly, including your username and profile.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption in transit, encrypted credentials at rest (AES-256-GCM), Supabase Row Level Security policies, and Stripe-managed payment data. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated models for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer for legal or compliance purposes. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Vercel Analytics collects anonymous performance data. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
